OK serious question cause I am kinda torn apart?

OK serious question cause I am kinda torn apart?
I am a law student from Poland and in first semester I do not have any classes ( yeah it's weird). Anyway I got a work permit from canadian embassy in Poland and now I'm not sure what to do - stay or go. I do have a job interview on wednesday in Toronto but its not a sure thing. Partly I'd love to go to Canada, new surrounding, new people, besides I like to travel. I feel like I would eventually find some job there. But from the other side I am a bit scared of costs of living there or getting a room, or not finding a job. That's why I am hesitating. If you have any advice please help, would really appreciate that. Thanks in advance I am talking of 3-4 months stay in Canada

Definitely try to secure a job first. Ask your friends, family, pull strings, ask for favours--but try to get a hook-up before you fly overseas. If you cant, and just plan on winging it, then why not. There are a lot of job opportunities here, Canada wasn't hit by the recession nearly as hard as other parts of the world. So odds are, yeah, you'd eventually get a job. If you want to play it safe, just make sure you have some money saved up first. Cost of living is exaggerated in Toronto, but still high. I recommend looking at Craigslist first to get a feel of what the prices are, and frequently referencing Google maps to make sure you're in the right area, or close to your job. Otherwise, Toronto is fabulous, and Im sure you'll love it, even if you do just end up visiting. While you're here, you could also visit Niagara Falls, Ottawa, even Montreal or Quebec City if you felt like it. Hope it works out :)
