last i heard poland lowered their taxes compared to the rest of the EU, lower taxes=more economic freedom.

Lots more jobs in Poland, as all the Poles are working for next to nothing in the UK

Switzerland isn't actually in the EU. Out of the other two, Poland is cheaper to live in but you'll probably get a better paid job with more opportunities in Ireland.

All three have rainy and cold weather. Switzerland is the best sorted country socially of the three, but also the most expensive to live. Poland is the cheapest to live, but it also is a poor country. Ireland comes somewhere in the middle, but it has been struck pretty hard by the economic crisis. It's up to you to choose naturally, and it all depends from what you want and can do. Essentially, a great majority of people consider Switzerland absolutely the most promising, while Poland is a country people emigrate, not immigrate. Still, it's all up to you and your abilities and possibilities.
