I want to try go to Poland this summer?
I have a friend in Poland who was one of my exchange student friends last year and my goal is to try go visit her this coming summer. But I need some tips. A)How would I tell my parents that I would want to go visit her B)How much money do you think I would need to save up C) When do you think is the best time to go? Thanks:)

a) you should try bringing it up early, not like a month before you want to go. slowly talk them into the idea. when they see you aren't going to give up they might be willing to think about it. b) if you find a cheap plane ticket it could be around $750-800 roundtrip. but you really have to search. plus maybe $500 spending money? depends on how long you want to stay. c) i would say the best time to go is summer. summers in poland are very beautiful- and not overwhelmingly hot. try visiting gdynia/gdansk north by the baltic sea. it's simply amazing! have fun & good luck! st dominicks jarmark starts every year between last week of july and first 2 weeks of august in Gdansk...and its close to sopot 2 really incridble places to visit

Adusia gave you an informative answer. I would like to add, the best time to go is in the spring when every thing is blooming, the day is long, the weather is great and if you go b-4 mid May, the tickets are the lease expensive. The $ converstion is about $1 to 3 Zloty and the prices are cheap when you have dollars or Euro. I am from Wroclaw, it is in south west Poland, with rich history and modern culture. It is a big city with a lot to see. Poland is just beautiful where ever you'll go.

You can go there anytime of the year. Poland is a nice place.
