hi ı want to have schengen visa from poland after 1.1.2008.can you give me information about this?
ı'm not citizen of poland ı'm student from turkey. and ı will back end of the february. now ım in poland and ım not polish so what must ı do

You have to apply to the Polish embassy. Any visum you get is automatically a Schengen visum. It depends on what you want the visum for. If it's for study you must apply to the country you go to. If it's for vacation, it's enough to legally enter one Schengen country and travel to Poland.
