apply for it.
2 :
You only have a green card you have to follow the same rules that apply to your status the INS is making it hard for people to get a visa
3 :
Apply for it visa work... By the way if you are only a Legal Resident of US. It will be a very long process for him to get legal status if he marry to you. If you where a US citizen then is easy and fast process...
4 :
He can't automatically stay if you get married in the US, however, the way to apply for a visa after marriage is set out at uscis.gov
5 :
If he is currently on a student visa classification (which he should be, since you indicate he is studying!), he CANNOT work in the US with his existing visa. If you are a resident alien, there's no benefit to having him marry you; it only makes a difference if the spouse is a CITIZEN (which means the spouse was born in the US or was born outside the US to parents who were BOTH American citizens at the time). It is highly likely that he will have to leave the country (perhaps for as long as two years, depnding on his course of study), and re-apply for a work visa. To obtain the work visa (as a professional, not a day worker), there's a LOT of things that have to happen first. Basically, he has to be sponsored into the country by an American firm that has already proven to the government's satisfaction that there are no Americans who have the qualities or capabilities of holding the advertised position and that the candidate HAS those same qualifications. If you are currently a Resident Alien, you have some limitation on your own visa status. Be sure you don't overstay your own visa!

It's going to be a break up no matter if you decide to or not.
2 :
True love conquers all obstacles. Just enjoy it and find out how it all turns out in the end. Stop worrying about it.
3 :
wat do u think, jus talk to him about it try mine http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index;_ylt=AhcPkFfW0IEM3eFH151QrqPsy6IX;_ylv=3?qid=20090109174254AAjQ9mY
4 :
LIFE WILL BREAK YOU BOTH UP ANYWAY
5 :
Do you want to learn to speak Polish, see the world, meet new and exciting Polish people ? If not then the outcome is inevitable!
6 :
It doesn't cost a penny to use Yahoo Chat. Be sure to mail him a card or letter periodically. We guys are suckers for nice letters. Just be sure that it IS a nice letter and not one in which you moan and groan over and over how much you miss him. Of course you will miss each other but keep the letter light and romantic and don't fall into writing how empty and dismal your life is without him. Depending on how close you two are, you may want to set a goal of raising enough to fly to Poland to visit him and have him show you his wonderful country. You might tell your parents that is what you would like for a graduation present.
7 :
umm... yeah! Long distance relationships don't work! I have experience in this field... my boyfriend of ten years moved to Antartica.
8 :
Well as for the international charges you can buy an international calling card at Walmart for 10 dollars... just in case you do end up staying in touch. Besides you can always email, text, im, get on web cam or even write letters. Just see where it goes you never know... you might not even make it til June.
